I call myself a "cloud plumber". Went to school at the Rochester Institute of Technology, now live in Somerville MA working as a Site Reliability Engineer. Been sailing on JoCo Cruise since 2020.
I started contributing to the Twitarr project in 2021 as a late-stage pandemic side project. Learned Swift to be able to write actual features. Now mostly responsible for on & off board operations such as CI/CD, deployment, backups, and interfacing with HAL IT. A few weeks before the 2023 sailing I wrote the first lines of an app that would eventually become Tricordarr. At the time it was a proof-of-concept to test push notifications. It was later released as a fully-featured app for JoCo Cruise 2024.
